PARADE OF LIGHTS
The sundown Parade of Lights (Parada sang Kasanag) Highlight of CAPIZtahan (Kasadyahan sa Capiz), could possibly be the only of its kind in the country. Some 20 floats depicting flowers and marine species will be featured in a parade that would start from the Roxas City plaza and would culminate at the People's Park in Baybay beach. A program at the Park enlivened by band and guests from Manila are expected to entertain the crowd, who would show up either to have clean fun or to savor the province's seafood products offered by various stalls lining the beach's shoreline.
